I offer one-on-one coaching for people who feel stuck, want something to change, and are ready to do something about it.
Coaching can focus on whatever is getting in the way of moving forward, whether that's recurring patterns, self-trust, relationships, career, confidence, boundaries, decision-making, or simply figuring out what you want next.
I offer several coaching options depending on the level of support and the goals you're working toward, including focused resets and deeper transformation work.
You don't have to know exactly what you need before you reach out. We can figure that out together.

Start with a free clarity call.
We'll talk about where you are, what you're experiencing, what you'd like to change, and what kind of support you're looking for. From there, we can determine whether the 30-Day Nervous System Reset, The Phoenix Journey, or another direction makes the most sense for you.
You don't need to know which program you need before you reach out.
We can determine the best package during our clarity call.

I bring a combination of professional coaching training, certifications in holistic nutrition, psychiatric herbalism, abnormal psychology, and addiction, and extensive independent study in schemas, behavior patterns, nervous-system regulation, and personal growth.
But knowledge is only part of what I bring to the table.
I'm willing to look beneath the obvious problem and help you identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I'll ask the questions you may not be asking yourself, challenge assumptions when they deserve to be challenged, and help you turn awareness into action.
I'm not here to tell you what your life should look like. You decide where you want to go. My job is to help you see what's standing between where you are and where you want to be, and then work with you to close that gap.
You bring your experience. I bring the perspective, knowledge, challenge, and accountability to help you create meaningful change.

You can reach me anytime via my contact page. I aim to respond quickly—typically within one business day.

Coaching packages are priced based on the length and level of support included in your coaching experience.
Your investment can be made in full or through a payment plan, with a discount available when a package is paid in full.
Because coaching is personal, I prefer to talk with you about your goals, what you're looking for, and the level of support that makes sense before discussing your investment.
Start with a free clarity call, and we'll talk about what working together could look like.

Coaching and therapy serve different purposes, and you can absolutely do both.
Therapy is clinical care. A licensed mental health professional can assess and diagnose mental health conditions, provide treatment, help you process trauma and past experiences, and support you through significant emotional distress or difficulty functioning.
I am not a therapist or psychologist, and I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Coaching is future-focused and goal-oriented. If you're coming to me, you're coming because there's something you want to change, accomplish, or create in your life. We start with where you are now and focus on where you want to go.
That doesn't mean we completely ignore your past. If we're looking at a thought pattern, belief, or schema, we may briefly look at where that pattern came from or what experiences may have shaped it. But we don't live there.
The past can give us context. It doesn't have to become the destination.
We'll use that understanding to recognize what's happening now, challenge the patterns that aren't serving you, and work toward responding differently so you can move forward intentionally.
And yes, coaching and therapy can absolutely happen at the same time. You might work with a therapist to address healing or mental health concerns while working with a coach on goals, patterns, self-trust, accountability, and the life you're building.
I can work with someone who needs additional support. If you're in an acute mental health crisis, experiencing significant impairment, or need clinical treatment, therapy or another appropriate mental health resource should come first.
Therapy can help you heal. Coaching can help you move forward. Sometimes you need one. Sometimes you need both.
